Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Vulnlogic LLC provides managed security monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and remediation services. While we use industry-leading tools (including network monitoring and automated patching), our services are proactive, not preventative. Cybersecurity is a dynamic field; therefore, we do not guarantee a 100% breach-proof environment.

2. Client Responsibility

The Client acknowledges that security is a joint effort. Vulnlogic LLC is not responsible for security failures resulting from:

• Client's refusal to implement recommended patches or security configurations.
• Unauthorized administrative changes made by the Client or third parties to managed systems.
• Internal "insider threats" or social engineering (phishing) attacks against Client staff.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vulnlogic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption resulting from a cybersecurity incident. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for services in the three (3) months preceding the incident.

4. Data Access & Authorization

By engaging our services, the Client grants Vulnlogic LLC the explicit authority to monitor network traffic, deploy software agents to endpoints, and scan application code for vulnerabilities. This includes the authority to perform remediation actions (such as patching or blocking malicious IPs) as defined in the chosen service tier.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Security assessments are a point-in-time snapshot. Vulnlogic LLC does not warrant that its services will detect every vulnerability or prevent every unauthorized access attempt.
